"Made of Stone" - Rob Cordiner
"Made of Stone" is a collection of works by artist Rob Cordiner, a former member of Heavy Time Books, which he ran with Ed Davis and Todd Jordan, and who held his first solo exhibition in Japan at our gallery in 2023.
The project brings together a series of works inspired by British rock band The Stone Roses, made using cyanotype, stone and screen printing, and was created in autumn 2024 on and around Talona Beach, Lutruwita, Tasmania.
It's a collection of works that perfectly balances humor and seriousness, and is a true reflection of his passion. Released through his own art platform, FOUNTAIN.
