Founded in 2009, Coup De Main is a New Zealand-based pop culture magazine that has been delivering interviews delving into the appeal and background of artists, primarily in the music, film, and culture scenes. It is run by a team of three women.
Coup De Main has produced the first print cover features in Australasia for artists such as Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa, and is also known as the only media outlet in the world authorized to cover Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" across three continents.
Its highly collectible poster zines feature hand-drawn illustrations, handwritten messages, and exclusive polaroid photos in collaboration with musicians and actors. It has gained support for its unique editorial approach that fosters a sense of closeness with fans.
