Machine Turn Quickly 2026 Daily Calendar / Visual Book
"Machine Turn Quickly" is a project that combines a zine with a 365-day calendar. It is a research book of visuals and text created in conjunction with Hunter Foster and Ang Ziqi Zhang 's exhibition "Machine Turn Quickly" (Romance Gallery, Pittsburgh).
This book contains a year's worth of ideas, images and conversations that were generated during the process of creating the works for the exhibition.
The pages are designed to be torn off one by one for each day, and the act of turning/tearing them allows you to watch the passage of time. The exhibition encourages viewers to experience the artwork through one page per day, symbolizing a daily reset, a small ritual, or a daily routine.
A co-release with Mundus Press, run by sisters Emma and Charlotte Kohlmann, and Romance Gallery.
