Artist Peter Coffin, the project's creator, has taken the iconic three-color poster style of Colby Poster Printing, a beloved LA shop for nearly 65 years (it closed in 2012), and even collaborated with the artists to create custom colors. Vol. 1 features approximately 80 imaginary concerts featuring dozens of artists, including EYE (BOREDOMS), actor Leo Fitzpatrick, Lele Saveli (ex. 8 ball), and Ari Marcopoulos. The book draws you into a surprisingly evocative, nostalgic, and deeply personal world.
