Melbourne-based artist/designer Tim Coghlan will be holding his first-ever exhibition in Japan, "ARCHIVE," showcasing the work of his publishing label, KNOWLEDGE EDITIONS, from Friday, October 4th to Sunday, October 20th at Hatagaya Gallery Commune.

The exhibition will feature works by New York record label Arcane, Ed Davis (BRAIN DEAD), Weirdo Dave, aka FUCK THIS LIFE, photographers Ryan Cookson and Luke Garrett, and artist Wes Waddell, adding color to the venue.
Tim's own series of works, "930," will also be exhibited for the first time, allowing visitors to fully experience the world of KNOWLEDGE EDITIONS.

The venue will be selling the new Tokyo edition of KNOWLEDGE EDITIONS, as well as an exclusive zine and T-shirts that will be released for the first time at this exhibition. We look forward to seeing you there.

KNOWLEDGE EDITIONS
A Melbourne publishing label founded by artist/designer Tim Coghlan. Working with local and international artists and designers, they create an independent publication that explores the role of archives in the digital age by cataloguing, collecting, documenting and serialising. Artists who have released works include Ed Davis (BRAIN DEAD), Weirdo Dave (FUCK THIS LIFE), Stefan Marx, Matthew Bellosi and Lugosis.
