Same Paper, a creative studio from Shanghai, will be holding the Same Paper Tokyo Summer Pop-up “Amateur University of Photography” at Daikanyama T-Site.
This Pop-Up will simultaneously showcase the latest summer collection from amateur, an apparel line that takes a unique approach each season, as well as the new photo book "I,ma,ge, Backups, Nobody Knows" (published by commune Press) by founder and photographer Xiaopeng Yuan.

✍️About Amateur University of Photography: "Amateur University of Photography" is an extension of the concept of the amateur photographer. We embrace the amateur spirit because photography doesn't have to be a profession; it can be driven by passion.
The name "Amateur Photography University" is also a bit of a joke: it's a fictional university that we hope will inspire or rekindle people's passion for photography.
